Job summary

Bupa Australia is looking for a Permanent Full Time Dental Practice Manager in NSW to lead the practice team and ensure smooth daily operations across our clinic.

You will oversee business and people management, handle P&L, and partner with the Practice Development Manager to drive patient experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or health management background.
• Proven in organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs.
• Experience with P&L and practice finance preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice team and ensure smooth operation in collaboration with the Practice Development Manager.
• Oversee business and people management to meet financial and service targets.

The purpose of this job is…

To lead the practice team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or have a strong background in health management
• Experience in business and people management
• Proven in organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
• Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with strong business acumen
• Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs
• Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
• Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
• Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L
