Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or strong management background.
• Experience in business and people management.
• Proven organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of generating income and controlling costs.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly.
• Experience engaging with dentists, patients and staff.
• Experience in understanding and managing practice P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice Team and ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and scheduling.
• Drive initiatives to improve patient experience and practice efficiency.
