Job summary

Bupa Dental Castle Towers is seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead the clinic team and ensure efficient daily operations at the Castle Towers site. You will oversee administration, people management and financial oversight in a busy dental practice. All levels welcome to apply.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday with onsite parking and easy access to public transport. You will collaborate with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Business and people management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities with strong business acumen.
• Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs.
• Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly.
• Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team.
• Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Practice Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal.
• Oversee administrative functions, financial processes and patient service.
• Develop and implement processes to drive income and control costs.
• Foster strong relationships with dentists, patients and staff to resolve issues promptly.
