Ausdocs Holdings Group is seeking a Practice Manager for a busy general practice in Queensland. You will lead day-to-day operations, support clinical and administrative teams, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will oversee staff management, budgeting, billing, compliance with accreditation and Medicare requirements, and continuous improvement across the practice. The role may suit a Senior Receptionist or 2IC stepping into a leadership position, with comprehensive handover and

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a senior medical reception role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with medical software systems such as Best Practice, Cubiko, and Tanda.
• Understanding of Medicare, private billing, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and reception operations.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and Medicare requirements.
• Manage budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Maintain policies and procedures that support a safe and welcoming practice environment.
