ForHealth Group in Charlestown is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead the centre’s daily operations and support a multi-disciplinary team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive operational excellence, optimise the patient experience, and collaborate with regional and national leaders to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead our Charlestown Medical Centre.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting a multidisciplinary team and driving operational excellence while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Your Responsibilities

As the Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the medical centre by:

• Leading and supporting administrative and clinical support teams

About You

We're looking for an engaging and motivated leader who brings:

• Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within healthcare
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Experience in customer service, administration, and operational management
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance requirements (desirable)
• Qualification in Business Administration or Practice Management (preferred)
