About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our well-established 4 chair Toowoomba practice. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll partner with the clinical team and the Practice Development Manager to ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients receive top‑tier care. You’ll thrive in an environment that values initiative, resourcefulness, and high‑quality standards, empowering both the clinical and administrative teams to achieve greatness.

This is a full‑time maternity leave cover position commencing in October 2026 through to January 2027. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue in an ongoing 2IC (Second‑in‑Charge) role following the contract.
