Job summary

Myhealth North Richmond is seeking a full-time practice manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused general practice. You’ll be supported by dedicated head office teams across HR, IT and Finance, enabling you to concentrate on clinic leadership and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This role suits an experienced practice manager or senior medical receptionist ready to step into a leadership role with responsibilities spanning rostering, staff development, GP

Qualifications

• Previous experience in GP practice management or senior medical reception.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and general practice systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A commitment to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic lead.
• Support and develop the reception and nursing teams.
• Work closely with GPs to ensure efficient clinic workflows.

• Resolve operational issues and patient enquiries professionally.
