Job summary

Myhealth North Richmond is seeking a full-time practice manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused general practice. You’ll be supported by dedicated head office teams across HR, IT and Finance, allowing you to focus on leading your clinic and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll drive efficient workflows with GPs, coordinate rostering and patient flow, and mentor reception and nursing teams while upholding high standards of compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in GP practice management or a senior medical reception role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and general practice systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A commitment to outstanding patient care.
