Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary medical care to individuals and families across the community.

• Perform minor clinical procedures and coordinate patient care plans with allied health staff.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic patient health records.
• Collaborate with practice nurses, admin staff, and management.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary medical care to individuals and families across the community.

• Collaborate effectively with our practice nurses, administrative staff, and management.
