Perth Psychology Collective, a private psychology practice in Perth, seeks an experienced operations leader to run the administration function and ensure clinicians can do their best work. The role partners with the Director to shape day-to-day operations, culture, staff development and the future direction of the business.

You will manage administrative staff, recruitment, rostering, client-service systems, billing and waitlists while driving process improvements and policy implementation

You will lead the administration function and oversee the operational systems that allow clinicians to do their best work. You will work closely with the Director and take primary responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the practices. This role offers a genuine opportunity to shape how the psychology practice operates, with influence over systems, culture, staff development and the future direction of the business.

About you

• Previous practice-management experience in psychology, allied health, specialist medical or another comparable healthcare environment highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience leading people and operations
• Calm under pressure and organised without being rigid
• Comfortable with difficult conversations and able to hold people accountable respectfully
• Capable of seeing both the immediate operational issue and the broader system contributing to it
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
• Comfortable making decisions, raising concerns, giving and receiving feedback and taking responsibility for outcomes
