Qualifications

• Knowledge of breach reporting and regulatory obligations in financial services would be beneficial.
• Ability to provide clear, practical and commercial compliance advice.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without prompting.
• Ability to escalate risks and issues early and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Managing compliance incidents and breach assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Supporting and enhancing the compliance management framework.
• Maintaining and monitoring the obligations register and regulatory alerts.
• Conducting regulatory impact assessments and helping the business understand new obligations.
• Preparing compliance reports, risk profiles and committee papers.
• Working closely with teams across the business to ensure compliance obligations are understood and met.
• Monitoring compliance activities and supporting risk and assurance processes.
