Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in risk and compliance in insurance.
• Proficient understanding of insurance legislation and policy framework.
• Proven experience in risk profiling and control testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree level or equivalent insurance certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational risk assurance planning and advise on policies in line with risk strategy.
• Advise management on risk identification, control plans and testing.
• Triage and assess incidents across the Agencies and report to security.
• Lift risk maturity across Agencies and assist in risk and control management.
• Implement ongoing compliance and risk control testing and profiling.
• Align with 360 Group values and Code of Conduct; chair risk committee.
