Job summary

RSEA Safety is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator for the PPE Vending Machine Division, based in Hurstville, NSW. The role covers managing B2B vending solutions from inquiry to installation and ongoing support, with occasional national travel.

This office-based, full-time position involves coordinating with sales, service and warehouses to ensure smooth operation of vending solutions and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with purchasing, invoicing, stock coordination or order management.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vending-machine and locker enquiries.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, Teams and email.
• Prepare customer proposals including equipment and rental information.
• Coordinate customer setup, product selections, orders and installations.
• Set up and maintain vending software, customer access and reporting.
• Train customers on machine usage, replenishment and system functionality.
• Coordinate technicians and contractors for installations, servicing and repairs.
• Raising POs and approving supplier invoices.
