Job summary

The role focuses on developing standards, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver compliant and safe outcomes in a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline suitable for professional recognition.
• Experience applying engineering knowledge and principles in complex technical environments.
• General industry experience within the rail transport sector (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery, operation and ongoing improvement of power systems across Victoria’s heavy and light rail networks.
• Provide engineering advice, technical analysis and support for projects, policy development and asset management throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
• Develop standards, manage risks and provide specialist technical advice to stakeholders.
