Job summary

Paxus is seeking a Power Platform Service Coordinator in Brisbane to support governance, adoption and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365.

The role focuses on visibility, coordination and governance across stakeholders, governance, audit and reporting, enabling technical teams and business developers to deliver solutions within established standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, compliance, audit, service coordination.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards, including Power BI.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between platforms, stakeholders and vendors.
• Navigate governance requirements, engagement processes and environment standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, governance reviews, production readiness and deployments.
• Maintain governance documentation, approvals and solution catalogue records.
• Monitor deployment readiness, compliance and operational metrics.
