Job summary
Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead in Perth to establish and drive our Microsoft Power Platform capability. You will shape governance, architecture, and delivery across the organisation, combining strategic oversight with hands-on development to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will lead technical teams, define engineering standards, mentor developers, manage environments and CI/CD, and collaborate with cybersecurity, data and project teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development, application development, or solution engineering.
- Hands-on delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles: source control, testing, deployment, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Power Platform solutions across the business.
- Define engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers through solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.
- Establish and manage Power Platform environments, security controls, and governance processes.
- Drive CI/CD, testing, deployment, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Design secure integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
