Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking an experienced Power Platform Enablement Lead to grow capability, coach teams and govern high-quality Power Platform solutions. You will work within Enterprise Technology, collaborating with business users and solution owners to turn challenges into practical, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and related tools.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience designing, building, deploying and supporting Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Dataverse, Power Pages and Copilot Studio, plus Microsoft 365, Entra ID, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
Practical knowledge of ALM, environment strategy, deployment pipelines, source control, DLP policies, connectors and security.
Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills for enabling business users.
Ability to translate complex concepts and governance requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, training and capability-development initiatives and grow Origin’s Power Platform Community of Practice.
Provide hands-on technical guidance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
Lead co-build engagements and develop reusable components, templates and reference solutions.
Guide teams through ALM, environment strategy, deployment pipelines and path-to-production requirements.
Partner across the business, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and risk to strengthen governance.
