Job summary

NCS Australia is expanding its AI & Power Platform Solutions team. We seek a highly skilled AI & Power Platform Technical Lead to steer architecture, design, and delivery of secure, enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure services and Power Platform.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guide discovery through production deployment, and shape technical visions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated AI tech lead or solution architect experience
Strong Power Platform outcomes in large enterprise IT projects
Hands-on with LLM models, prompt design, grounding, evaluation
Pro-code development with APIs, services, CI/CD
Knowledge of AI patterns: retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows
Experience applying security, data protection and governance to AI solutions
Excellent written communication including presales artifacts
Experience working in agile delivery frameworks
Strong organisational skills and client-focused delivery

Responsibilities

Design and develop Power Platform and AI solutions.
Own end-to-end architecture and implementation of AI solutions.
Choose delivery patterns (low-code, pro-code, hybrid) per project needs.
Build production-ready agents with orchestration, grounding and tools.
Lead pro-code engineering using Azure-native services and APIs.
Define architecture, security controls, testing, and lifecycle management.
Run scoping and discovery workshops with customers.
Lead technical discussions with customers and translate requirements into designs.
Mentor team members and coordinate onshore/offshore squads.
Support pre-sales, create estimates and bespoke designs.
Coordinate testing, deployments and production support.
