Job summary

Byrnecut Australia Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to join our Technology & Information Services team in Perth. You will be the technical authority for Power Platform, setting architecture, engineering standards and governance while actively shaping solution design and development.

You will lead a senior team, mentor developers, implement CI/CD/ALM, and drive secure, scalable Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years in software development, solution engineering or similar.
Hands-on experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions.
Experience leading and mentoring developers.
Knowledge of software engineering principles: source control, testing, peer review, deployment.
Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise systems.
Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform across the organisation.
Define and maintain Power Platform architecture, patterns and engineering standards.
Lead design and development of secure, scalable Power Platform solutions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers.
Establish governance across environments, connectors and ALM practices.
Develop reusable architecture patterns and components.
Collaborate with internal technology, data, innovation and cybersecurity teams.
