Job summary

Atlas Copco in Brisbane is seeking a Technical Specialist to become the go-to expert for our Power & Light range, including generators, lighting towers, battery energy storage systems and solar-powered solutions. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex field issues, and deliver product training to service teams, dealers and customers.

You will work with sales and product teams to support launches and warranty investigations, driving continuous improvement across Power

Qualifications

Electrical Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering Degree.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Experience with generators, lighting towers, renewable energy solutions, battery storage, or industrial electrical systems.
A passion for technology, customer service, and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

Providing advanced technical support for electrical power and lighting equipment.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex field issues.
Supporting new product launches and technical training programs.
Assisting with warranty investigations and technical reporting.
Working alongside service, sales, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Helping drive innovation and continuous improvement across our Power Technique business.
