Job summary

Rpb Consulting is seeking a Technical Specialist – Electrical in Brisbane. The role supports customers, dealers and internal teams across Power & Light equipment, with a mix of office work and hands-on field duties, plus one day a week WFH.

You’ll troubleshoot, address warranty matters, provide fast technical feedback and help introduce new products to the market through close collaboration with service, sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electrical engineering qualification and experience.
• Background in technical training, product support or field service.
• Experience with lighting, solar/battery power systems or generators (desirable).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
• High-level communication and organisational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Power & Light products by phone and on field.
• Assist dealers and end-users with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Deliver fast feedback on emerging technical problems and product changes.
• Attend sites when issues cannot be resolved remotely and repair as needed.
• Administer warranty claims, WIP and ECB campaigns.

Our client is looking for a Technical Specialist to support their customers, dealers and internal teams across the Power & Light equipment division. Based in Brisbane, the position focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting product issues, assisting with warranty matters and ensuring emerging technical problems are resolved quickly and accurately.

Provide technical support for all Power & Light products over the phone and on field

What You’ll Bring
