You will use specialised tools, document work, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous learning to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Apprentice Trained Power Generation/Electrical Technician preferred
• Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
• Current relevant electrical certification
• Locally valid driving permit

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally and respond promptly to service needs
• Diagnose faults and complete basic repairs using documented procedures
• Prepare required parts, tools, and equipment before commencing repairs
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior Field Service Technicians or Supervisors
• Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with documented schedules and standards
• Complete service documentation, timesheets, and warranty claims accurately through forms or business systems
• Complete required training to maintain skills and meet business needs
• Maintain service vehicles and tools to ensure cleanliness and safe operation
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

Apprentice Trained Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred)

Experience

Minimal level of workshop related experience required.

Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products
