Job summary

CitiPower and Powercor in Melbourne seeks a Works Delivery Coordinator on a 12-month parental leave contract. You will coordinate, prioritise, and optimise customer, maintenance, and network works to ensure on-time, safe delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

Working with Field Leaders and stakeholders, you will manage end-to-end delivery, balancing safety, resources, and network priorities while driving continuous improvement across the works program.

Qualifications

• Qualified in ESI Power Systems preferred, or equivalent industry experience or technical trade qualification.
• Knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution networks is desirable.
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule work for field execution with Health and Safety and compliance as a priority.
• Coordinate and release work to field in a timely and complete manner with emphasis on target dates.
• Support and foster a culture of workplace continuous improvement.
• Negotiate with stakeholders on modified processes or project outcomes.
• Support fault dispatch activities during emergencies to minimise unplanned customer minutes off supply.
• Contribute to regular reporting and review of work programs and progress.
• Maintain and update technical skills and knowledge as required.
