Job summary

AI Talent is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Developer to join its fast-growing BI and analytics practice in Australia. You will deliver data-driven insights using the Microsoft BI stack and Azure cloud services.

The role involves designing data warehouses, ETL processes, and dimensional modelling, plus collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into reports, dashboards and technical specs. Willingness to live in or travel to Southern NSW / Canberra is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with relational databases and BI tooling.
• Expertise in Full Microsoft BI Stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, MSSQL) and DAX.
• Experience in Power BI, data cleansing, migration of large datasets.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design and Kimball dimensional modelling.

Responsibilities

• Generate data insights using Power BI and BI tools.
• Design data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and dimensional models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Support automation with PowerShell and minor C# scripting.
• Lead or participate in IT projects using SCRUM.
