Job summary

DBG Health, headquartered in Melbourne, is seeking multiple Reporting Analysts to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that drive data‑driven decision making. You will translate business requirements into KPIs and visualisations, while ensuring data quality and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in BI/reporting roles
Experience delivering dashboards and insights for business decisions
Strong data modelling, transformation and DAX development
Ability to translate business requirements to clear metrics and visuals
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Translate requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visuals
Develop data models using Power Query and DAX
Deliver actionable insights through reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs
Contribute to continuous improvement of BI assets and processes
