Job summary

ASC Blasting & Coatings in Welshpool (Perth) is seeking a Powder Coating Production Manager to lead a new facility. This hands-on leadership role covers production, quoting, client relationships, and delivery with a strong focus on quality from day one.

Based in Perth, you will manage a team, drive improvements, and help grow the operation with future national opportunities. Interstate candidates are welcome, with relocation support and a fixed Perth-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in powder coating, galvanising, and industrial coatings.
• Experience in quoting and production planning.
• Experience leading a team and managing delivery.
• Knowledge of metal finishing or fabrication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead powder coating production operations and deliver on schedule.
• Manage quoting processes and pricing controls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop the production team.
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery to clients.

We’re hiring a Powder Coating Production Manager for our new facility in Welshpool, Perth.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for production, quoting, client relationships, team leadership, quality and delivery.
