Job summary

Tech Powder Coating Pty Ltd in Ingleburn, NSW, is seeking a reliable team member to help manage the flow of products through the powder coating process. You will load and unload items, keep production organized, and ensure careful handling at each stage.

The role focuses on maintaining a smooth workflow, quality workmanship, and working collaboratively in a busy environment. Training is provided, and there is potential for progression to a managing role within a growing, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Punctual and committed to doing a good job.
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Able to take responsibility for assigned tasks and follow them through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Forklift operators appreciated but not essential.
• No previous experience in powder coating necessary.

Responsibilities

• Placing and removing products from the powder coating conveyor line.
• Helping ensure items move through the production process efficiently.
• Organising products and materials at each stage of production.
• Checking that products are handled carefully and positioned correctly.
• Coordinating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assisting with movement and storage of materials and finished goods.
• Taking pride in the quality, accuracy and efficiency of your work.
