Responsibilities

Oversee daily farm operations including feeding, health monitoring and egg collection.
Supervise and train farm staff; ensure safety and biosecurity compliance.
Monitor egg production, quality and inventory levels.
Ensure hens welfare through housing, feeding and healthcare practices.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and facilities for safety and efficiency.
Maintain accurate production, inventory and incident records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and animal welfare standards.
Coordinate team shifts and, on high risk days, ensure birds are cooled and systems operate smoothly.
