Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Melbourne is recruiting for two part-time leadership roles within the Postnatal team (0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT). These roles suit clinicians passionate about postnatal care and ready to develop their leadership journey, working with the Maternity Services leadership team and supported by the Unit Manager.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted midwifery registration with AHPRA.
• Essential: minimum 3 years' experience post-graduate in Post Natal.
• Applicants must hold a Level 3 FSEP Practitioner credential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Midwife Unit Manager and assist in clinical management of the Post Natal unit.
• Lead and model professional behaviours within the Leadership Team.
• Contribute to delivery of high-quality patient, family and staff experiences.
• Mentor and participate in internal leadership development programs.
