Epworth Freemasons in East Melbourne is seeking Registered Midwives to join our Birth Suite and Postnatal Units. We are recruiting for both Part-Time and Full-Time roles to support our expanding services with the opening of 34 Postnatal Unit beds from Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as a Midwife is essential.
• Experience in Birth Suite and/or Postnatal ward.
• Postgraduate qualification with 1 year clinical experience, or Graduate Year with 1 year experience.
• Strong maternity and newborn care knowledge.
• Ability to work across a rotating roster.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert midwifery care to postnatal mothers and newborns.
• Monitor health and wellbeing of mother and baby.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for seamless care.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in patient interactions.
• Pursue ongoing education and stay current with best practices in maternity care.
