Job summary

Epworth Freemasons in East Melbourne is recruiting for two part-time leadership roles in the Postnatal team, 0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT. You will work with the Maternity Services leadership team and Unit Manager to enhance leadership capabilities while ensuring exceptional postnatal care for families.

You should have ANUM/AMUM experience or readiness for a leadership pathway, with current midwifery registration and a Level 3 FSEP Practitioner credential.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted midwifery registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 3 years post‑grad experience in postnatal units.
• Applicants must hold a Level 3 FSEP Practitioner credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leadership Team to deliver exceptional patient, family and staff experience.
• Model positive leadership and accountability within the unit.
• Support the Maternity Services leadership team and Unit Manager in clinical management.
• Contribute to overall team leadership of the Post Natal unit and assist when needed.
