Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound stock movements and keep inventory records accurate.
• Prepare materials, consumables and equipment for field teams.
• Assist with stocktakes, stock reconciliation and compliance audits.
• Coordinate planned and reactive equipment maintenance with Field Operations.
• Maintain tool and equipment registers and ensure servicing is up to date.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of heavy assets using cranes and lifting equipment.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of lifting equipment and accessories.
• Collaborate with crane operators, transport providers and field teams to coordinate lifting activities.
• Ensure lifting activities comply with WHS requirements and company procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and OH&S compliant.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
• Process incoming materials using correct manual handling techniques.

We’re looking for a Storeperson to join our Marsden Parkteam. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, supporting our warehouse, field operations and Posting, Cleaning & Maintenance crews.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with the safe loading, unloading and movement of oversized or heavy assets using cranes and lifting equipment.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of lifting equipment, slings, chains and lifting accessories.
• Work with crane operators, transport providers and field teams to coordinate lifting activities.
• Ensure lifting activities are completed in accordance with WHS requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain lifting equipment inspection and compliance records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with OH&S requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and responsibly.
• Process incoming materials accurately using correct manual handling techniques.
• Assist with poster preparation and support our field operations when required

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Arcurrent LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse, logistics or stores experience.
• Experience with stock control and stocktakes.
• Previous experience in the use of cranes ( not essential- nice to have )
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.
• Initiative and a genuine interest in improving the way things are done.
• A strong commitment to safety.
