Job summary

oOh!media is seeking a Posting Maintenance Operative to work across Parramatta and surrounding Metro areas. You will perform maintenance, cleaning, and installation of posters on Street Furniture assets, operating a 38‑hour week from our Marsden Park Depot.

Responsibilities include site maintenance, audits, posting campaigns on a fortnightly cycle, and covering for others. The role requires early starts, a valid SA driver’s licence, and the ability to work outdoors with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Enjoy outdoor work and ability to operate around traffic and the public.
• Strong time management, planning and organisation skills.
• Ability to use initiative with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to start early (around 4am) to avoid peak traffic.
• Full and clean South Australian Driver's Licence.
• Flexible for on-call shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to use mobile technology.

• Maintenance and Cleaning of Bus Shelters and Retail advertising assets.
• Structural Condition Audits and repairs to each site.
• Posting of advertising campaigns and mid/special posts on a 2‑week cycle.
• Leave coverage for cleaning and posting duties.
• Secure potentially hazardous sites and follow policies.

The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Posting Maintenance Operative to work across Parramatta and surrounding Metro areas. In this role, you will be working within a team to give back to your community by providing a range of maintenance, cleaning services and installation of advertising posters on the oOh!’s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters and retail) working a 38 hour week Monday - Friday out of our Marsden Park Depot. Your duties will also include

• Maintenance and Cleaning of Bus Shelters and Retail advertising assets
• Structural Condition Audits and repairs to each site
• Posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout fortnightly cycles as required
• Leave coverage of cleaning and posting for other team members
• Securing potentially hazardous sites
• 100% adherence to strict policies, procedures and code of conduct

About you

• Enjoy working outdoors, confident working around traffic and the public
• Excellent work ethic and time management, with planning and organisational skills
• Using your initiative while working with minimal supervision
• Available for early morning starts from around 4am to avoid the busy traffic areas
• A full and clean South Australian Drivers Licence
• Flexible to work on-call at times
• Good communication skills and the ability to utilize mobile technology
