Job summary

Salt seeks a Production - MPS Support & Deployment Specialist in Sydney on a 12-month contract. The role sits at the crossroads of post-production, technology and workflow operations, supporting global teams with robust tools and workflows.

You'll deploy, support and maintain post-production tools, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with editors, colourists, and external vendors to keep productions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in post-production environments.
• Experience designing and optimizing post-production workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex post-production systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to editors and post teams.
• Troubleshoot post-production workflows and technical issues.
• Support deployment and maintenance of post-production tools and services.
• Collaborate with external post-production vendors to meet technical requirements.
• Manage issues that could affect production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Work with internal product, engineering and technology teams to resolve workflow issues.
• Help standardise and improve post-production workflows.
• Support a global team operating across regions.
