Job summary

Salt seeks a Post-Production Support & Deployment Specialist in Sydney to bridge post-production, technology and workflow operations. You will act as a technical contact and help deploy, support and maintain the tools and workflows used by post teams, editors and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have several years in production/post environments, with experience across Avid, Colorfront and Baselight, and a passion for solving complex workflow challenges in a global context.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in production/post-production workflows.
• Experience across post-production tools and systems to support schedules and delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues with minimal escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to editors, colourists, sound teams and post-pro teams.
• Troubleshoot post-production workflows, systems and issues.
• Support deployment and maintenance of post-production tools and services.
• Collaborate with external post-production vendors to meet technical requirements.
• Manage issues impacting production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Work with product, engineering and technology teams to resolve workflow problems.
• Assist in improving and standardising post-production workflows and processes.
• Support a global team operating across regions.
