The Gig: Post Producer

We're looking for an organised, proactive Post Producer to join our team full time. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence while keeping timelines, budgets and workflows on track.

You'll work closely with editors, animators and external partners, acting as the central point of communication throughout the process. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and brings calm, clarity and structure to complex projects.

You'll report to the studio director and work closely with another producer to traffic manage resources, schedules and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.

This role is suited to someone at a senior level, though we're open to keen mid-weights with strong foundations. Ideally, you'll have at least 5 years of experience in a post-production, studio or agency environment.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows, 2D/3D animation and VFX
• Excellent organisational, scheduling and time management skills
• Confident client-facing communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Experience briefing and coordinating creators (eg. editors, animators, colourists)
• Budget tracking and cost management experience
• Solid knowledge of formats, specs and delivery requirements across social, digital, broadcast and DOOH
• Confident and calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Bonus Points

• Experience working with editing or animation software (Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, etc.)
• Technical familiarity with 3D software (Cinema4D, Houdini, Blender)
• Skilled working with Google Workspace, Canva and Asana
• Experience in a similar post-production, studio or agency environment
