Job summary

MatchWorks is seeking two Post Placement Support Consultants in Brownes Plains or Springwood to support participants, employers and internal teams. You will address barriers, strengthen workplace success and drive sustainable employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

In this role you’ll provide hands-on coaching at the workplace, build rapport with participants and employers, and create personalised retention plans to help participants thrive at work.

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
• Ability to build rapport with participants and employers.

Salary: $65,957 - $71,195 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

MatchWorks is looking for two Post Placement Support Consultants located in either Browns Plains or Springwood who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you'll do

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you'll:

• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
• Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

What you'll bring

• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
