genU, in partnership with MatchWorks, seeks a Post Placement Support Consultant to partner with participants, employers and internal teams, proactively addressing barriers and driving sustainable employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

At genU, you’ll provide hands-on coaching, build strong relationships, and create personalised retention plans to help participants thrive at work.

Salary: $65,957 - $71,195 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

MatchWorks is looking for a Post Placement Support Consultant who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you’ll do

As a Post Placement Support Consultant in our team you’ll:

• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
• Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

What you’ll bring

• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
• Proficiency in speaking Vietnamese, or experience working with people who speak English as a second language.
