APM Employment Services is seeking a Post Placement Support Consultant to join the Workforce Australia Program. You will monitor participants in employment, identify barriers, and provide solution-focused guidance to help them maintain work.

Based in Bendigo VIC with coverage across the region, the role involves regular contact, caseload management, and collaboration with stakeholders to support successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in Employment Services or transferable skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
• Proven ability to perform in a high-performance setting.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• High self-motivation and reliability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive support to employed participants via telephone and/or face-to-face contact.
• Monitor progress, address challenges in the workplace, and guide long-term employment.
• Prepare and submit claim evidence and documentation on time and in accordance with requirements.
• Identify and recommend additional training, resources, or support based on participant needs.
• Manage PPS caseload, ensuring activities meet contractual and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
