APM is hiring an Employment Consultant in Bendigo, VIC for the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will support people with disability to become job-ready, market candidates to employers and build local employer partnerships.

This full-time role blends people support with sales, relationship building and administration, with KPI-driven outcomes and opportunities for growth within a diverse, values-led team.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willing to complete National Police Check.
• Able to pass Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with participants to understand their employment goals and position them for success.
• Coach participants to be job-ready, competitive, and interview confident.
• Assist participants with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies and training access.
• Drive employment outcomes by advocating for participants to employers and securing placements.
• Generate new opportunities through employer outreach and visits.
• Manage employer relationships to sustain vacancies and placements.
• Aim to exceed KPI targets across placements, engagement and activity.
