You will build relationships with employers, coach job-readiness, assist with resumes and interview preparation, and drive sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to become job-ready, including resumes and interview prep.
• Actively market candidates to employers and generate job opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways.
• Balance people support with proactive employer engagement to deliver outcomes.
