Qualifications

• Experience working with people with a disability and familiarity with NDIS practice standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and implement supports and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centred support across functional areas (behavioural assessment, plans, service needs).
• Plan, deliver and evaluate behaviour supports in line with standards and legislation.
• Provide training in strategy implementation to stakeholders with PBS knowledge.
