Job summary

Concentric in Carrum Downs is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to support adolescents and adults with a range of diagnoses within a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based plans and assist clients in improving mental health and overall well-being.

The role offers flexible arrangements (full-time or part-time), strong mentoring, a comprehensive education program, and a collaborative clinic/community environment designed to grow clinical and career excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered with NDIS at core or proficient level.
• Current APHRA registration
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (current or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (current or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions.
• Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities.
• Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans.
