Job summary

Barwon Water in Geelong is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Adviser to drive value realisation and improve portfolio performance across operational and capital programs. You will strengthen benefits realisation, support portfolio optimisation, and lead continuous improvement across the enterprise.

You will partner with sponsors, leaders and delivery teams to embed measurable benefits, establish ownership, and provide governance from business case through to implementation and review.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits realisation, portfolio management, business improvement or project governance.
• Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen.
• Portfolio Management Office experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain benefits frameworks, tools and reporting.
• Embed measurable benefits and ownership from business case to post-implementation review.
• Translate portfolio data into insights on value, risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across the enterprise portfolio.
