Gippsland Water is seeking a Senior Asset Engineering Leader to drive the asset management framework and lifecycle planning for water and wastewater services. You will provide strategic leadership for asset information governance and risk-based decision making to secure long-term service outcomes for our customers and community.

Your role includes guiding the development of asset management strategies, engaging with stakeholders and leading technical teams to deliver continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lifecycle asset management in water/wastewater or similar infrastructure assets.
• Experience developing and implementing asset management strategies aligned with recognised standards (ISO 55000).
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and continuous improvement of Gippsland Water’s asset management framework, systems and practices.
• Provide strategic leadership for asset lifecycle planning, asset information governance and decision-making processes.
• Enable effective investment, risk management and long-term service outcomes for customers and the community.
