Talent Corp is recruiting an experienced Program Benefits Manager for our NSW public sector client. The role focuses on driving benefits realisation across programs and projects, ensuring investment delivers measurable business outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders to identify, measure and track benefits from planning through to handover, embedding the benefits framework into delivery and reporting progress to executives.

Qualificações

• Five years or more delivering benefits through program or project management.
• Experience in complex transformation or high-risk environments.
• Ability to identify, benchmark and measure financial and non-financial benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full benefits lifecycle from identification to realisation.
• Develop benefits realisation plans, maps, profiles and performance measures.
• Embed the benefits framework into program and project delivery.
• Maintain the Benefits Register and oversee business impact assessments.
• Assess risks, costs, issues and dependencies affecting benefits delivery.
• Conduct benefits reviews and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Translate measurable benefits into financial savings and operational improvements.
• Support business owners to take ownership of benefits after delivery.
