Job summary

Gough Recruitment QLD is seeking a capable Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio on the Southern Gold Coast. You will manage end-to-end property operations, maintain landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and compliance, and drive asset performance.

This role offers an established team, autonomy, and the chance to shape outcomes for clients in a supportive agency with a strong local presence on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and relevant legislation.
• Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships.
• Strong financial and administration skills, including budgets and outgoings.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of Released / Cirrus 8
