Job summary

MST Advisors, a boutique financial advisory group based in Wollongong, seeks a Client Portfolio Officer to support the Advisory teams with timely delivery of personalised client service. You will handle data entry in Xplan, assist with documentation and meeting materials, and liaise with third parties while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organisation, and teamwork, with a focus on client service excellence and efficient execution of advisory

Qualifications

• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Utilising software systems to manage client accounts
• Experience in financial planning software such as Xplan
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Working autonomously and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Data entry into software programs including Xplan
• Manage implementation of advice recommendations
• Prepare documentation and client meeting materials
• Liaise with third party platforms
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assisting with client queries
