Jemena is seeking a Portfolio Data & Analytics Analyst to help shape investment decisions across our asset portfolio. You will transform complex data into insights that support planning, forecasting and project prioritisation, partnering with Asset Management and Investment teams.

Using Power BI, Databricks and emerging AI technologies, you will build reporting and decision-support solutions to improve visibility and drive smarter capital investments across Australia.

Overview of our role

The Portfolio Data & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in helping Jemena make smarter investment decisions through data, analytics and digital innovation. Partnering closely with Asset Management and Investment teams, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights that support portfolio planning, forecasting and project prioritisation.

Using tools such as Power BI, Databricks and emerging AI technologies, you'll develop reporting, analytics and decision-support solutions that improve visibility, strengthen forecasting and help shape investment outcomes across the business.

What You'll Bring

• Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, reporting and data visualisation.
• Experience with Databricks, SAP HANA or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting asset investment planning, portfolio management or capital investment programs within asset-intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data privacy and information management principles.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business, translating data into meaningful insights and actions.
• Experience supporting change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Strong understanding of how data and information support enterprise strategy and decision-making.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management principles.
• Knowledge of asset investment planning, portfolio management and project prioritisation methodologies.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, data modelling and data visualisation techniques.
• Understanding of AI and digital technologies and their application to business processes and decision-making.
