Job summary

Jemena is recruiting for a 12 month fixed-term AI Solutions Advisor to partner with teams across the organisation to design and champion practical AI applications. You’ll apply Generative AI and Copilot within Microsoft 365 to improve productivity, decisions and employee experiences.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Understanding of Generative AI, prompting, agents and AI limitations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Awareness of Copilot Studio and Agent Builder concepts.
• Understanding of process mapping, requirements and user testing.
• Awareness of information security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
• Understanding of when solutions require Digital review and governance.

Critical Knowledge

• Generative AI, prompting and agent fundamentals.
• Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem knowledge.
• Copilot Studio and Agent Builder awareness.
• Process improvement and user testing principles.
• Information security, privacy and responsible AI awareness.
• Understanding of governance and solution risk boundaries.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

• Degree (completed or near completion) in a relevant technology or business discipline.
• Experience delivering digital, AI or technology solutions.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI, Microsoft 365 or Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving and requirements gathering skills.
• Collaborative approach with stakeholder engagement and user testing.
